Plan Maximum - $500,000 Hospital Semi-private hospital accommodation and reasonable and customary services and supplies necessary during confinement as a resident in-patient Physicians and Medical Necessary medical, surgical and anesthetic services provided by a licensed physician, surgeon, anesthetist or registered graduate nurse Prescription Drugs Charges for prescription drugs prescribed by a physician or dentist will be reimbursed at 80% of the eligible expenses incurred for out-patient use, and at 100% when the insured is hospitalized. Extended Health Care Up to a maximum of $10,000 for private duty nursing, x-rays, laboratory services, local ambulance, necessary medical appliances and services Maternity Benefit (For Family Coverage Plan) For families paying family premium: covers pregnancy after the effective date of the policy, 80% of eligible expenses incurred by the insured mother will be paid for pregnancy childbirth, miscarriage, or complications related thereto. Newborns may be covered as dependents after 15 days following written approval by TIC. Return of Deceased - In the event of death, upto $10,000 to return the insured to their country of origin, or up to $4,000 for cremation or burial at the place of death. Coverage becomes effective on the date the students application and premium are received and coverage is approved by TIC Travel Insurance Coordinators. A pre-existing limitation may apply ask when you are applying for coverage.
